Terms and Conditions

1. This promotional offer is a random draw of entry tickets (the “Promotion”) held each week during 02/11/2020 00:01GMT to 28/02/2021 23:59 GMT (the “Period”). It is available to existing players only, and subject to the terms set out below.
2. A player is eligible for this Promotion and any associated winning prize provided their account is not set as disabled, time-out or self-excluded during the Period.
3. A player is only eligible to win one cruise package prize throughout the Period.
4. To receive one ticket in the Promotion, a player must wager a total of £50 on any game using their cash funds only during the Period. If a player wagers any amount on the secret game which will be communicated every week, the total number of tickets accumulated during that week will be tripled. Tickets earned within one week during the Period (in accordance with Term 5 below) are not carried over to a subsequent week’s draw.
5. Players having received tickets between Monday 00:01 GMT to Sunday 23:59 GMT will be entered into three draws. The first draw will award 1 of 12 double cruise tickets to spend 12 nights aboard the Crystal Symphony including return Standard (Economy) class flights worth £7000 each (individually referred to as the “cruise”). The cruise departs Rome, Italy on 18 May 2021 and concludes in Barcelona, Spain on 30 May 2021. Details of the itinerary are not subject to modification by the Winners, but may be altered by the respective third-party agency and operator of the cruise. The second and third draw will award that week’s assigned real-world prize.
6. Should the cruise or the Grand Prix be canceled, or should we not be able to award any of the prizes within this Promotion, winners shall be offered a cash equivalent of the value of the prize (or part thereof) that has been so canceled/not awarded.
7. Without prejudice to Term 5 above, the Cruise package prizes are not redeemable for cash. Should a winner not respond to our contact request within a period of five (5) working days or are uncontactable, they forfeit the prize and a redraw will take place. Any re-drawn winner is subject to the same requirements of this clause 7.
8. The three draws (for the real world prizes and the double cruise tickets) will take place at random every Monday using the preceding week’s entry tickets and the winners will be contacted via their preferred communication channel within 7 days to confirm their details. In some cases, we might request that winners provide us with the personal information of the claimant/s of the prize (e.g. email address, postal address, phone number) which we may share, with your consent, with relevant third-parties in order for us to deliver such prize.
9. In the case of the double cruise tickets, winners will be requested to identify one additional claimant who will accompany them on the cruise. Such additional person must be over 18 years of age and must reside in the same country as the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, the winner may not transfer his/her ticket.
10. Winners of the weekly real-world prizes will be offered the possibility to claim either such prize or its cash equivalent. The value of the prizes will be determined in accordance with their retail price in the United Kingdom.
11. In the event a player wins the Main Mega Moolah Jackpot, we will award the player the cash equivalent of all the real-world prizes that have been awarded up to that exact moment in time of hitting the jackpot. The winner can opt to take the real world prizes or the cash equivalent of the value of the prizes (determined in accordance with Term 10 above) .
12. Insofar as is permitted by law, we will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death, or any other incidental repercussions of whatsoever nature occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by our own negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
